Directions
Using public transportation (the MBTA links to all subway and bus schedules):
Using the Green Line:
- From downtown Boston take the Green Line E train (Heath/Lechmere) to the intersection of Huntington Avenue and Longwood Avenue, turn right onto Longwood Avenue and walk 3 blocks to Blackfan Circle. Or take the Green Line D train (Riverside) to the Longwood stop. Facing Chapel Street, turn left and walk up the hill to Longwood Avenue. Turn left and follow Longwood Avenue to Blackfan Circle (about a 10 ten minute walk).
Using Buses:
- Route 39– from Back Bay Station and Copley Square. The bus follows the same route as the Green Line E train. Get off at Longwood and walk down Longwood Avenue to 3 Blackfan Circle.
- Route 66, 66, 8* and 19* - all four of these buses depart from Kenmore Square MBTA station and follow Brookline Avenue to the intersection with Longwood Avenue. Walk left on Longwood Avenue towards Children's Hospital, Blackfan Circle is across the street from Children's Hospital.
*Most runs of the 8 and 19 go along Longwood and stop in front of Children's Hospital. Check with the bus driver that the bus will stop in front of Children's.
